Hi! I’m Mark Sanders of Nature King Pest Management, Inc. and I want you, the customer, to save money.
Let me explain. A customer got 4 estimates for entry points to be sealed up to counter a possible rodent or squirrel problem.
The first estimate was for $4,000. Yes, that much. The next was $1,300, the third was $600. The fourth, my estimate and total cost charged for the job was $350, warranted for one year as well.
So PLEASE, PLEASE! DON”T BE SUCKERED IN. There are pest companies out there charging way too much and scamming customers. With the first estimate she got that was $4,000, she was told there were rat droppings in the attic. There were no droppings nor running paths of any animal in that attic. That pest guy flat-out lied to the customer. I call that a scam.
