First, we detect any areas outside that might serve as an entry point then we find those entry point or points and then we further our investigation by checking out the attic for signs that might indicate a more serious level of infestation. We make sure that we establish total accuracy in the communication with our customer. For instance, one of the key questions we ask is what time they hear the noise in the attic. That question alone will determine so much of the accurate target of pest. Squirrels are on our clock. Rats are nocturnes, they are awake, and doing their thing at night so simply hearing the noise predominantly at the we hours of the night is very much a sure sign that they are rats. If you hear noise in the daytime particularly in the morning and in the sundown hours chances are you have squirrel s nesting in your attic. Our method of operation consist of targeting the assessment of rodent droppings and travel sway and rub marks of the entry area or areas and of course we take in account of the sanitation conditions of the location. We then come up with the proper treatment need for the control of this situation and execute that need professionally and appropriately. All of our service for rodent control comes with an unconditional 90-day warranty. If our customer would like for us to perform the operation of exclusion we will up grade the warranty for a full year. That comes with baiting the area for rodents as many times as the customer does need it within that year. This type of service activity is usually recommended.
